Claims are the reason we buy insurance. We want to know that we're covered if we have an auto accident or our home is damaged. We are committed to our customers. Most of our carriers provide 24/7 claims support, where you are able to speak immediately with knowledgeable and sympathetic claims representatives who provide fast relief.

When reporting a claim, you will need to have the following information handy:

  • Date and location of the occurrence
  • Your insurance card
  • Insurance and contact information of everyone involved
  • General description of what happened
  • Name of the Police Department involved and report number, if applicable

If the accident was NOT your fault, you will need to file the claim with the OTHER driver’s insurance company.
